What is the JOB?
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/ Call center agent to join our team.
We are looking for a professional responsible for answering incoming phone calls and handling customer inquiries, comments, and complaints regarding bitcoin ATMs and transactions. The goal of the position is to solve any query or issue of the customer and provide positive customer experiences. Every caller is a potential long-term customer, no call is less important, at this position, you will be the face of the company, and our customers are our family, we treat them as such.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Accept incoming calls and texts and make outgoing calls and texts to customers.
-Monitor and answer customer emails
-Provides guidance to customers such as setting up bitcoin wallets, how to use the machines, and handling customer inquiries as needed
-Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers
-Assist the compliance department as needed
-Report suspicious activity to the compliance department
-Maintain and update customer information
-Keep documentation on calls
-Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

-Must be Spanish Speaker
-Experience working at a call center or similar customer support position
-Interest in Bitcoin, Crypto, and Blockchain
-An excellent internet speed/stability
-Great communication skills are a must
-Great listening skills are a must
-Ability to work in EST time zone from Monday to Friday.
-Ability to speak effectively with customers
-Strong English written skills
-Strong/Stable Internet connection
